CDL Driver

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to operate commercial vehicles and transport materials to and from job sites. As a CDL Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely operating commercial vehicles, including dump trucks, and tractor-trailers.
  • Transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
  • Adhering to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Securing loads properly and safely for transport.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and deliveries.
  • Loading and unloading materials as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with team members.


Requirements:

  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with appropriate endorsements (e.g., Class A or B).
  • Clean driving record with no serious violations.
  • Previous experience as a CDL driver, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating commercial vehicles.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Pay range of $25 to $50 hourly. 

Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, track loaders, and tele-handlers.


 Your primary duties will include:

  • Operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Performing routine maintenance on equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Following all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. 
  • Transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Assisting with site preparation, excavation, and other construction-related tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Certification or training in equipment operation is a plus
  • CDL license is a plus.


Pay range of $25 to $40 hourly.

Laborer

We are seeking individuals who are motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to our projects. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our excavation operations and ensuring the successful completion of projects.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting equipment operators and crew members with various tasks on job sites.
  • Performing manual labor such as raking, shoveling, and carrying materials.
  • Loading and unloading equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Assisting with site preparation, including running site survey equipment. 
  • Operating hand tools and small machinery. 
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization on job sites.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or excavation is preferred but not required. 
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 
  • Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to workplace safety.


Pay range $17 to $27 hourly.
